Hours of waiting, handled
Service providers give a window, not a time. For a corporate housing team managing units in many cities, sending someone to wait is expensive or impossible. Concierge Unlimited covers the wait: we are there for the full window, keep you posted, and make sure the job is actually finished before we leave.
Appointments we wait for
- Cable and TV setup, including the channels or packages your guest expects.
- Internet and Wi-Fi installation, with a speed and connection check before the tech leaves.
- Utility start-ups and repairs, such as gas, electric, or water appointments.
- Pest control treatments.
- Furniture and housewares deliveries, including placement in the right rooms.
- Appliance deliveries and maintenance visits.
How a service wait works
- Send the address, the provider, the appointment window, and any account or work-order details.
- Our representative arrives at the start of the window and lets the technician in.
- We stay until the service is installed and set up, and test it where possible.
- You get confirmation when the job is done, with notes on anything that still needs attention.
“Anything from inspections to cable waits, the infrequent one-off requests or last-minute requests.”Julie H.
Combine it with the rest of the move-in
A wait is the perfect time for a move-in inspection or a grocery drop-off. And when the stay ends we can handle the internet equipment return.
Common questions
Do you stay for the whole appointment window?
Yes. We arrive at the start of the window and stay until the technician has finished, so a late arrival does not mean a missed appointment.
Can you make sure the service actually works?
We check that the service is installed and working before we leave, for example connecting to Wi-Fi or turning on the TV, and report anything that is not right.
Can you wait for furniture deliveries?
Yes. We let the delivery team in, check items against the order, and have them placed in the right rooms.
